TapClicks Nabs Former Epsilon and eBay Exec, Michael Lavoie as Senior Vice President of Customer Success

San Jose, CA: TapClicks, Inc., a marketing technology company that delivers a complete digital marketing operations platform including order processing, workflow management, reporting and analytics, today announced Michael Lavoie as their new SVP of Customer Success. As former EVP of Client Services at Epsilon and Managing Director of CRM services at eBay Enterprises, Lavoie was drawn to TapClicks by the continued market penetration and customer growth across agencies, media companies, and brands.

“In researching TapClicks, I was impressed with the number and quality of positive customer experiences on Captera and TrustRadius as well as their disruptive Marketing Operation Platform (MOP) in delivering reduced churn, simplifying media delivery, and unifying end client reporting and data visualization for its broad base of customers,” says Lavoie. “What convinced me to join TapClicks was the culture of innovation, focus and engagement they have with their customers, and ultimately, the Team.”

TapClicks will benefit from Lavoie’s extensive experience in working across all channels and with some of the largest global brands. Formerly at eBay Enterprise, Lavoie was responsible for overseeing $125MM in revenue alongside the marketing success of a varied list of top eBay clients. As an early executive at Epsilon, Lavoie expanded the company’s footprint and introduced new services into international markets, managing 750 associates and over 400 key clients.

“Delivering solutions to our customer’s challenges is at the heart of everything we do. We have built an impressive business that has led us to the 87th position overall and 4th in Marketing and Advertising on the Inc.500 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies”, said Babak Hedayati, CEO of TapClicks. He added, “with growth and traction amongst some of the largest agencies, media companies, and brands globally, we need a world-class customer success team, led by someone who understands customer success across a large install base. Michael was the perfect fit to drive new product adoption and customer satisfaction.”
