Steve Jobs, who would have turned 60 yesterday. Some words I find personally true.

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”

And for more inspiration, here is the commencement speech given at Stanford in 2005. Well worth the 15minutes.

“You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.”

“ … and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.”

“Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.”
