Masa Prosperity Passport Now Supports GoodDollar, and Spreads Good with a 5-Million GoodDollar Rewards Pool

Today, we’re excited to roll-out our dynamic partnership with GoodDollar, the largest Universal Basic Income project in the world. As a fellow leading community on the Celo blockchain, GoodDollar has generated and distributed over 2.4-billion GoodDollar digital money to over 500,000 people from 180 countries and territories.
GoodDollar is now a supported payment method on Masa’s Prosperity Passport, giving users the ability to purchase .celo domains with GoodDollars directly in the Prosperity Passport dApp. More than 335,000 .celo domains have been minted in the past 60 days by Celo’s global community and recently integrated in Valora, Celo’s leading mobile wallet.
To celebrate this partnership, we’re offering a special 5-million GoodDollar token rewards pool and a limited edition GoodSoul SBT to community members. 50 winners will be selected at random. Act fast — because the campaign ends on June 18, 2023.
GoodDollar Now Supported on Masa Prosperity Passport
GoodDollar users can now use their G$ tokens to purchase and mint .celo domains on Masa Prosperity Passport. This integration brings another layer of value and utility to GoodDollar’s rapidly expanding ecosystem.
Since the launch of Prosperity Passport on March 10, over 335,000 .celo domains have been minted by users. As users interact across the Celo ecosystem, their .celo domains and Soulbound Identity can track and reward their participation, and help them build on-chain reputation. Celo users can also use .celo to send payments and interact with other users through Valora,

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet with Prosperity Passport
Step 2: Mint a .celo domain name, if you haven’t already
Step 3: Claim your free GoodSoul SBT, enter to win the 5-million GoodDollar rewards pool
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet with Prosperity Passport
Option 1: If you are a GoodWallet user, here is how to connect GoodWallet with Prosperity Passport:
- Visit app.prosperity.global
- Select WalletConnect option in order to connect your GoodWallet
3. In WalletConnect, select QR Code and Copy to Clipboard (see fine print below the QR Code)
4. Log into your GoodWallet: https://wallet.gooddollar.org/ and click on the ≡ drop-down menu in the top right corner
5. Click on WalletConnect in the menu
6. Paste the QR Code from Prosperity Passport into the “paste code field”, or scan the QR Code from Prosperity Passport, and click Connect
7. Approve the connection to Celo Prosperity Passport
8. If not already selected, select Celo Mainnet from the drop down menu
9. Return to the Celo Prosperity Passport and click Get Started
10. Return to GoodWallet and Approve
Congratulations! Your GoodWallet is now connected with Celo Prosperity Passport.
Option 2: If you are a MetaMask or Valora user, here is how to connect MetaMask or Valora wallet with Prosperity Passport.
Connect your Valora or MetaMask wallet and authenticate it on Prosperity Passport: https://app.prosperity.global/.
If you are not yet on Celo, add Celo Mainnet to your MetaMask and switch to Celo Mainnet.
Step 2: Mint a .celo domain, if you haven’t already
If you haven’t already, you will first need to mint your Celo domain name to qualify for the rewards pool. 5-and-up character .celo domains are free.
If you are a first-time user of Prosperity Passport, you will be prompt to mint a .celo domain during onboarding.
If you are a returning user to Prosperity Passport, no action is required.
Step 3: Claim your free GoodSoul SBT, enter to win the 5-million GoodDollar rewards pool
- Click on GoodDollar Rewards in the Dashboard
2. Sign up for the rewards pool
3. Mint a free, limited edition GoodSoul SBT
4. (Only if using GoodWallet) When seeing mint loading screen, return to your GoodWallet.
5. (Only if using GoodWallet) Approve in GoodWallet.
Success! You have registered for the rewards pool and minted your SBT. Share your freshly minted GoodSoul SBT on Twitter.
The rewards pool ends on June 18, 2023 and we will announce 50 winners selected at random.
