Step #2: Build a Real Estate Investment Network

The next step to becoming a real estate developer is to build a real estate investment network. As you take courses and learn from other successful real estate developers, do your best to form relationships and socialize in order to build a real estate investment network. Without one, you’ll find the job to be much more difficult, if not impossible.

Step #3: Join a Real Estate Development Firm
