MassGovDigital is working to make digital interaction with constituents fast, reliable, and more meaningful, and we want to partner with you! If your business wants to improve the delivery of government services, now’s your chance! The IT Project Services contract (ITS74) is open now and accepting vendor bids until April 24th at 2pm!

ITS74 is commonly called a “blanket contract”. Any department across the Executive Branch of the Massachusetts Government can use it — not just EOTSS and MassGovDigital. Cities and Towns can use it too! If selected your firm can be pre-approved to bid on projects in your area of expertise for the next 5 years.

We are looking for vendors with expertise in software, web, and systems development. We’ve recently upgraded the contract to include designing, coding, testing and validating web applications, native apps, site reliability services, data engineering, GIS, hackathon services, and even more. If you have the skills we are looking for and a passion for using technology to change people’s lives, we strongly encourage you to submit a proposal. Please see the formal posting here

Additional information on public procurement in Massachusetts can be found here at the Operational Services Division page.
