The Wheel is a popular Options Strategy that consists of selling Put’s on a stock until assignment, and then selling covered calls on the 100 shares that you own.

One of the hardest parts of the Wheel Strategy is the fact that the trader needs the buying power to own 100 shares. This makes the wheel inaccessible to many small-time traders. Do not fear!

In this article, I have selected my favorite stocks under $10 that I like to run the wheel on. These stocks span many different sectors, which provides some crude diversification, for those who want lower risk than a tech-heavy portfolio.

With all of this in mind, I am not a financial advisor, but just sharing my techniques. Also, remember that owning 1 stock that you are bullish on is better than 10 companies that you do not know about.
