A dog wags it’s tail, a rose opens slowly, you smile. What do these have in common?

Fresh, clean water makes flowers perky. You need water too. On a hot day have you noticed yourself becoming lethargic? Maybe you were dehydrated. A dog who is feeling sick, will try to wag it’s tail but it barely flutters. You smile wanly when you’re faking it.

The soul passes through cycles much like the seasons. Sometimes growth, sometimes regression characterize life. It’s easy to fall for the mistaken notion that once depression reigns, it will always reign. There is a time to sleep.

If you are ready to awaken from a soul-deep sleep, you can choose to open your eyes. Awakening can happen in more than one way. A soul question can be the reason to wake up. Sometimes memories reignite a desire to grow. Light from the sun or a indescribable spiritual light can cause a deep sleep to end. You can choose to submit, melt into the circumstances of life and open up to new possibilities.

A single thought can be a catalyst. A single thought can also send your soul back into despair. Which thought will you allow?

It seems too easy, but thoughts are chosen. Some are allowed to stay and some are instantly rejected. It is the highest, noblest thoughts that bring a sparkle to the eye and a spring to the step. Didn’t you practically float when you were “in love” for the first time? Love is a high vibration thought.

Gratitude creates buds and blossoms. It is not constricted by the circumstances. Some are able to feel gratitude for sunny weather and others are grateful for rain. In every situation, there is a positive way to view it and a negative one. The hopeful, optimistic thoughts lift your soul up out of dark places. It’s a fact.

The strongest statements for good or ill are “I AM” statements. If you want to blossom, say a sequence of “I AM” statements while listening to baroque music. Repeat them daily until you believe them. When someone approaches you, repeat one. Don’t be afraid to “BE” beautiful and amazing.

Results follow the blossoming souls not because blooms are better than dried leaves but because people gravitate to energetic and lively places. You can be the place people gravitate towards if you train yourself to stay in bloom. If you choose to wilt and go into dormancy, people will give you space and respectfully avoid you. Is that what you want?

Decide today to be vibrant and amazing. Surround yourself with others who are also “blooming.” Read the ideas of people who radiate positive and almost visionary goals. Join with a group that studies and discusses these ideas. Ready for Mindset Mastery? Join a guided class today.
