It has been another exciting week again both for the team and the community, never a dull moment with the matic project, highlights of events that took place in the week in review include.
The unbonding period for the staked matic tokens was reduced to 8–10 days and the team also set up a telegram support group to answer any questions related to staking.
Matic and Decentral games virtual meetup also took place during the week with Andrew from blockchain cuties joining also was Emma Liu from chain guardians.
The community was filled with the joy when it was announced that another well known project Neon District was on boarding to matic, this is another plus to the matic project.
The team during the week in review announced the lunch of a large scale developer initiative for mainnet adoption.
The team also announced a new addition of a team member by name Hridam Basu who is a blockchain researcher, he will be bringing to the team his wealth of experience in cryptography and blockchain research.
Binance lab wrote about matic in their newsletter another plus for matic.
The team released an update about the staking activities in the platform so far with an interesting and encouraging figures.
