Matrix is now part of The Lake Project!
I’m excited to announce that Matrix will become part of “The Lake Project”, and Matrix Portfolio will be rolled into their suite of crypto investment products. (lakeproject.co).
What is the Lake Project?
The Lake Project (TLP) is creating a decentralized financial platform, that unites traditional finance and the future crypto-economy. TLP was recently accepted into CDL, one of the world’s leading accelerators (www.creativedestructionlab.com).
TLP is currently working on two major products:
- Investing on autopilot, powered by A.I.
At the core of the platform, is the Hydra AI, which is a proprietary genetic based AI that will automatically build a portfolio of digital assets, and intelligently diversify and rebalance it for you. It puts investing on auto-pilot. Matrix was a natural fit to become a part of this platform to - Decentralized trading done right.
TLP is also building a new decentralized exchange with a focus on ease of use and accessibility.
What will happen to Matrix?
During this transition, I’ll be helping TLP build their DEX, and then continue to build the Matrix Portfolio product under the Lake Project brand, which will benefit from a larger, more talented team, as well as the guidance of mentors and advisors at CDL. Matrix will be a better product and be in a better position with the TLP team behind it.
Why did you decide to stop before the alpha release?
I met the Lake Project team by pure chance. As I got to know them it became clear that we saw the same obstacles facing the mass adoption of crypto, and there was a huge divide between traditional and digital assets. Matrix was a small attempt to solve a subset of these problems.
It was immediately apparently to me that we have the right team, the right vision, and share a hugely ambitious goals to build the financial infrastructure of the future, and to me, that was a much more important goal and mission.
