This is a follow on from my previous Tapas article, and there’s really no recipe for this one.
Get some nice crusty bread, I’m using Ciabatta here, and give it a quick grill in a lightly oiled griddle or pan. Once there’s a little bit of colour on it serve it up with some Jamón or Prosciutto on it.
Delicious and so simple!
