Love and Hate

Love and hate…
can they peacefully co-exist?
Hate is cancer
that eats away at your everything.
Stealing from you.
Love is growth
finding connections for you:
you and others;
you and the world;
you and the universe.
Regenerating you.
How do you have accountability
if you don’t hate?
How do you find redemption
if you don’t love?
What’s the balance between the two?
