Human emotions are available in exclusive hues and expressions — occasionally pleasure, from time to time, sorrow, sometimes ache, and even anger.
These feelings paint our lives with a wide array of colours. However, it’s critical to preserve a balance among them. Take anger, as an instance; it typically brings damage.

Anger is like an extreme disturbance in thoughts that arises when something unjust or unfavourable occurs.
In the Bhagavad Gita, unfulfilled desires give upward thrust to anger, basically due to the effect of our inner desires.
Therefore, having rational management over our desires is the handiest tool in opposition to anger.

In historical texts, anger is personified as an invisible and unknown enemy, and we’re its creators. Since it originates within us, we should manipulate it. History shows that anger has regularly brought about destruction.

Anger is a profoundly non-public choice. If we do not take care of situations as they should be, we inadvertently give up occasionally, and our emotions become unbalanced.

It’s our non-public obligation to determine whether or not we want to burn our lives inside the fire of anger or maintain anger beneath to reach the very best summit of existence.

In this context, Lord Krishna advises that anger creates confusion, impairs judgment, and destroys intellect. Therefore, it is crucial to govern it. Otherwise, we chance getting entangled in minor troubles and lose our manner in existence.

In essence, emotions like anger may be powerful forces that, if no longer controlled accurately, can result in turmoil in our lives. We have to stabilise and manage those feelings, allowing us to navigate lifestyles’s challenges with clarity and composure.
