This Leaderboard provides an intuitive and fun way to track the contributions made by different classes of stakeholders to the larger Maverick ecosystem. Participants in the Maverick ecosystem are divided into three classes:
- Tokens
- Chains
- Liquidity Providers
Please note: the leaderboard presents data divided week-by-week, whereas the Maverick Ecosystem Incentive Program airdrop will take into account ecosystem participation over the entirety of Season 1.

The Maverick Ecosystem
Maverick is the ecosystem that is changing the way people think about liquidity.
Since its launch, Maverick has introduced a suite of revolutionary tools to increase efficiency across the DeFi industry: 1) a Dynamic Distribution Automated Market Maker that keeps capital efficient and makes liquidity providing flexible; 2)Maverick Boosted Positions, a surgical liquidity incentivization tool that allows projects to direct incentives to precisely targeted areas of a liquidity pool.

On top of that, Maverick Protocol DEX leads trading volume on the L2s. It ranked No.1 DEX on zkSync Era by 24-hour volume within the first month of its launch and top 3 on Base within the first 2 weeks.

Maverick Ecosystem Incentive Program
The Maverick Ecosystem Incentive Program was launched to incentivize and reward builders within the Maverick ecosystem:
Pre-season
There were 30 millions MAV tokens distributed to Maverick users and contributors during the pre-season of Maverick Ecosystem Incentive Program. The snapshot for the pre-season was dated 6/22/2023.
Season 1
On 6/22/2023, Maverick Protocol also announced the start of its Ecosystem Incentive Program S1, a program that will further reward token projects (DeFi builders), chains, and liquidity providers on Maverick.
The S1 incentive program snapshot will be taken at the same time as the launch of Maverick Phase 3: the full veMAV launch. The builders of Maverick are working hard on product development.
Governance Airdrop
Maverick Governance airdrop is a reward designed to be distributed to veMAV holders and Maverick ecosystem governance participants. 10 million locked MAV will be distributed to all veMAV holders, according to a snapshot that will be taken at the same time as Season 1 snapshot.
How can I climb this Leaderboard?
Before we get into the deets, please note: although the scores on the leaderboard are ultimately connected to Maverick’s Ecosystem Incentives Season 1 Airdrop, participants should not expect a 1:1 correlation between scores on the leaderboard and rewards distributed in that airdrop. The leaderboard presents data divided week-by-week, whereas the airdrop will take into account ecosystem participation over the entirety of Season 1.
