Volunteering

Woke up early and spent the morning putting together bags with food to distribute in the carpark of the Mission High School. Lots of manual labor but it felt good.

Vita

Spent a few hours going through the Next.js documentation, tutorials, and TypeScript integration. Started reading up on how to integrate Auth0 with Vita which seems non-trivial given the static generation and mix between frontend and backend in the one codebase. Still seems like the right path forward but it may take a little longer to get there.

Exercise

5km run in the afternoon.

Friends

I hosted a trivia night for the Tuesday Night Drinks group. It was a lot of fun and I was really glad to see so many people there that don’t usually turn up. Wish I’d gotten a photo of all of us with silly hats on.

Other

Started doing the New York Times crosswords, oh man they are hard.
