The seven habits of bodybuilding in the workplace illustrates how developing habits of a bodybuilder can transition to getting what you want at work. The seven habits of bodybuilding are goal setting, planning, being consistent, efficiency, patience, being healthy, and being positive. The presentation delves into each habit and talks about how these are good to have in the workplace and then specifically illustrates how a bodybuilder utilizes them to accomplish their goals. The intent is to motivate the listeners and describe the process so that they too can achieve what a bodybuilder can. This is directed toward the workplace, but can be applied to all aspects of goal setting.
