My presentation focuses on the concept of a Team of Rivals. I got the idea from the book, Team of Rivals, by Doris Kearns Goodwin. I loved the concept and wanted to explore it further with other real-world examples. For the presentation, my real-world examples include Abraham Lincoln, The Beatles, and Noodles & Co.

My presentation starts with an introduction explaining the team of rivals concept. I then discuss the three real-world examples. After the examples, I discuss the characteristics and benefits of a team of rivals. Each characteristic includes an example discussed in less detail than the opening three. I then introduce ways of making a team of rivals last.

I close by describing the type of group that would benefit from a team of rivals and revisit the benefits. My goal with this presentation is to have people consider introducing constructive conflict into their current teams.
