What are you Passionate About? The True Source of Motivation

This TED talk will discuss how one’s own passions are the true source of the driving motivators in their work and life. It discussions the passions behind one’s “Perfect Day” and asks the audience to think about what motivates them. Two personal stories are shared by the presenter as a way to compliment the topic and to give the audience context as it relates to passions at work and passions in life. It then asks the audience to identify what they are passionate about at work and in life. The personal touch that the presenter brings to the presentation is seen as touching and introspective.
