MBA Mama Inaugural Intern Class
Our team is excited to introduce the MBA Mama community to the diverse, dynamic individuals who make up our inaugural intern class.
Sukari A. Brown, pictured at left, is a 2014 graduate of New York University’s Polytechnic (Tandon) School of Engineering and will be working with MBA Mama this summer as a Social Media Intern.
She is a currently a Consultant for Deloitte LLP in the DC Metro area. She has experience in construction cost analysis, project management, construction oversight & coordination, quality control management, project scheduling and contract procurement. In addition, Sukari has managed social media accounts for The National Society of Black Engineers at the Regional and local levels preparing content schedules, hosting twitter chats and developing content for e-mail blasts to over 10,000 members. She is currently working to improve her church’s young adult ministry’s social media presence.
Nikhita Kamath — pictured above — will be leading Sponsorships and Marketing for MBA Mama this summer. She holds a BA in Marketing and Communication from the New York University. She is also a Social Innovation Fellow with StartingBloc. In addition to working for several start-ups over the past year, Nikhita has been a passionate supporter of the MBA Mama brand since early 2015 when co-founders, Divinity and Nicole, first launched the company.
DeVante Coleman — pictured below — will be working with MBA Mama this summer as our UX/UI Creative Design Intern. DeVante is currently a full-time student at the University of Michigan’s Stamps School of Art and Design. DeVante aspires to be a Creative Director for a major brand like Under Armour. DeVante looks forward to the challenge of working with a fast-paced start-up and bringing his eye for design to help MBA Mama strengthen our brand and improve the experience of our users.
