Megan Delph, MBA Mama Class of 2017
George Washington University — Global MBA

After graduation Megan will be joining Deloitte in their Federal Strategy & Operations practice as a Senior Consultant. “Graduation was an affirmation of the efforts of myself, my family, and the incredible network of MBA men and women who helped me during my studies. I had my son one week into the second year of my full-time MBA and I completed on-campus recruitment three weeks postpartum. I graduated on time, also having served as the VP of the MBA Association. In the absence of a formal university maternity leave policy for students, it became clear to me that I need to speak about my experience and advocate for other MBAs who seek to balance family and professional goals. Doing so successfully is both possible and rewarding. I was thrilled to walk across the stage at graduation with my 8-month-old son in my arms!”

It was a truly incredible social, intellectual, and personal experience.”
