Size of Every MBTI Personality Subreddit: My Observations
Which MBTI type is “most popular”? In case of Reddit the question goes more like: which subreddit is the biggest? Let’s interpret the numbers.
What personality type is being talked about most on Reddit?
Thankfully, I don’t need to count the numbers, as someone on Reddit has already done it for me.
The following graphic shows the distribution of users in each subreddit.
For the bigger context: /r/mbti, the general MBTI subreddit, currently has 493K users.
Observations
Looking at these numbers, I’m drawing several conclusions. If you notice something else that’s striking, leave a comment.
1. Introverts Are More Present
Introverted personality types (Ixxx) all have larger subreddit communities.
This could suggest that introverts are more inclined to engage in online forums, possibly as a comfortable means of communication and community building.
