Here we’ll share to you some of our AIESEC experiences and learning points, in order to engage our network and be closer to you trough this amazing journey!

Who is MC Yakka?
Let’s present ourselves!
We are the Member Committee 18|19 of AIESEC in Portugal!
Our name come from a Australian native language which means: “Hard Work”.
Basically cause we really want to work hard for this entity in order to beat our ambition and transform the potential of AIESEC in Portugal into reality.
Made from diverse cultures and thoughts, in our team we have Portuguese, Brazilians, Ukrainian and Romanian.
With a part of we all, we defined our three most important values, that truly represents who we are. They are:
- Authenticity — We put our essence, as individuals, into everything we do.
- Intensity — We take our work personally and put all of our passion into it.
- Outliers — We don’t limit our ideas and actions in order to achieve our goals
Ambition
But the most important thing is that in the end we all want to achieve the same ambition:
Because we do not just need to engage, we need to shake AIESEC’ in Portugal to Lead, Connect and Achieve 100% of our goals.
Drivers
In order to achieve this ambition we defined our three drivers, which will make possible achieve this ambition.
LEAD — Blue Culture
We own the elements of the organization identity, the behaviours and attitudes we want to see inside our entity. We have members that are aligned in their work practices and connecting in with the organizational purpose — leadership development.
CONNECT — Loud AIESEC
Being recognized nationally for what we do by speaking up our brand, spread our message and scaling up partnerships.
ACHIEVE — Process Optimization
Our strategies and process are aligned with the global plenary. We are fast, simple and ensure most of our results are coming from EY partners, hence we’re growing in #CO and NPS. By ensuing all of this we’re achieving our financial goals.
