My Feminist Awakening: Project Slut

In this two-part episode of “My Feminist Awakening”, McClung’s blogger Bianca Bharti interviews Erin Dixon and Kerin John, two of the three co-founders of Project Slut. Project Slut is a campaign run by three post-secondary students who aim to combat slut shaming, victim blaming, and sexual bullying. One of their main initiatives include petitioning the current dress code imposed by the Toronto District School Board.

In the first video interview, Dixon explains the inspiration behind forming Project Slut as well as when she became active in the feminist sphere.
