“Welcome to mct !” — 4 new graduates to join mct in April

Last week, mct held an informal online party for 4 new employees who are fresh graduates and will join mct in April 2023.

It is the first time for these 4 new employees to introduce themselves and meet all mct members. All mct members welcomed the young souls, hoping they would bring more interesting and fresh ideas to the mct family.

To make their onboarding smoother and efficient, mct has made much preparation work before the welcome party, leveraging our core competence — experience design.

Preparing a welcome box featuring mct DNA

At mct, we appreciate the spirit of “Spark Excitement!” which is also one of our culture code. Therefore, a surprise box would be a perfect solution to thrill the new employees. Rather than simply filling the box with gifts, the inside gifts are well wrapped with a Christmas knot considering it is around Christmas time.

The inside fine selection by mct are :

  1. Snacks from the world

Same to the diversity of mct team, snacks are also chosen from different countries.

2. Design-related books

"Always learning" is one of the most cherished attitudes among mct members. We encourage them to read these books beforehand so that they can catch up with the work easier.

3. Originals from mct

A mct tote bag & tote bag instruction, original mct bookmarks and mct stickers are also prepared in the box.

Assigning 1 on 1 personal trainer to each new employee

It is always not easy for new members to catch up with the work and feel the sense of belonging soon, especailly during the post-COVID-19 work-from-home hybrid era when people do not often see each other face to face. Therefore, mct assigns 1 on 1 personal trainers to the new employees respectively so that they could ask any questions and ask for help at any time.

With the exciting experience mct created for the new employees, we hope they could feel the mct culture and onboard smoothly when they officially start the work. mct also believes that providing the exciting experience is rewarding to us as it is our DNA to spark the excitement to the people and make them feel satisfied and fuilfilling.
