The 4th MD4SG Workshop: call for participation

MD4SG has been organizing annual events in the forms of workshops alongside the ACM conference on Economics and Commerce (EC) for the past 3 years, as well as alongside the ACM SIGCAS Conference on Computing and Sustainable Societies (COMPASS). Our events have brought together over 150 researchers and practitioners from various fields and continents, aiming to highlighting exemplary work from the MD4SG and related communities and to create an interdisciplinary space for brainstorming holistic solutions to problems impacting historically under-served and marginalized communities.

This year, the fourth workshop on Mechanism Design for Social Good (MD4SG ’20) will be held online on August 17–18, 2020, organized by Faidra Monachou and Francisco Marmolejo Cossio. The workshop will feature keynote presentations, contributed talks, problem pitches and demos, a poster session, and a panel discussion, with a focus on bridging research and policy. See the call for participation here, and we encourage you to submit your work! The deadline for submitting is Wednesday, July 1, 3pm EST.
