Meals for September

It’s official, August has slipped away and we have arrived in September. This month always feels like one of the busiest of the year. School is back, old routines are being dusted off, and of course we are still slugging through the ongoing reality of COVID.
In the midst of the stress and busyness I hope we can find some solace in cooking and eating good meals with loved ones. There’s nothing that quite centers me like eating a good meal around the table with people I love.
We have some wonderful, cozy fall recipes from our latest recipe release that have lots of love to give with every bite. This Spiced Pakistani-Style Chicken Curry with Bell Pepper, Spinach & Rice has a rich, tomato base with fragrant additions of cilantro and ginger giving the dish an irresistible, bright flavor.
On a night where I need to curl up with a glass of red wine, this White Bean, Spinach & Tomato Sauté over Polenta with Olive Tapenade is exactly what I’ll be having as an accompaniment. It’s creamy, comforting, and the perfect amount of salty.
And last but not least, I can’t get enough of these Pork Chops with Raspberry-Coconut Salsa, Snap Peas & Garlic Rice. I’m a big fan of salsas and the fresh zip that they add to a dish and this raspberry-coconut salsa is to die for!
