The leaves are changing, the kids are back at school, and it’s starting to get dark outside by 8pm... But most important of all(!!) Mealime is launching new recipes!

Nom, nom, nom

It’s 9:30am, and looking at these new recipes, I’m tempted to take an early lunch!

Nine (9) great new recipes this month, including recipes for many different diets: low carb, paleo, vegetarian, keto, several pescetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free. Remember, if you don’t see a meal here that looks like it fits your diet, Mealime will often publish recipe variants that cater to different dietary preferences. For instance, our Pan-fried Sole with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans has both a regular, and a dairy-free version.

Shrimp Burrito Bowl with Cilantro-Lime Rice & Pico de Gallo

Fish Tacos with Avocado-Peach Salsa

Another treat for our pescetarian friends, this recipe is a great mix of sweet, spicy and savory.

Pan-Fried Sole with Mashed Potatoes & Green Beans

This scrumptious sole dish is a lighter, healthier version of your classic “meat and potatoes”. At 34g it is lower on the carbs-scale, and comes in both dairy, and dairy-free versions.

Mango-Avocado Quinoa Bowl with Black Beans

Packed-full of super food, this vegetarian recipe gets its flavor from lime, cilantro, minced red onion, and a little bit of honey. Feel good food.

Striploin Steak with Balsamic Bell Peppers

A new one for our ketogenic friends, this delicious recipe comes in at just 10g of carbs, making it also suitable for paleo and low-carb diets!

Tuscan Panzanella Salad with White Beans

This Italian chopped salad is a regional treat typically enjoyed in the summer. (but good any time of year!) Strictly vegetarian, this recipe also features a gluten-free version.

Turkey Taco Rice Bowl with Pico de Gallo & Avocado Slices

A healthy and delicious recipe for those on an unrestricted diet. A fresh, light taste, with plenty of protein at 40g per serving.
