Crypto payroll on Solana within minutes with no coding experience required!
Crypto payroll is one of the biggest requests for teams that are in the crypto industry. We’ve created an automated way to set up crypto payroll to pay out in any time interval you want. It takes about 5 minutes to go through and set up. Follow the guide below to find out how to set up crypto payroll on Solana.
Before you get started, we recommend setting up a multi-sig wallet for your treasury to keep your funds safe and stop bad actors in their tracks from stealing your funds. To learn how to set up a multi-sig wallet on Solana, click here.
Step 1 — Log in to the Mean app -> https://app.meanfi.com/
Step 2 — Click on the “Multi-sig” Tab
Step 3 — Click on the “Create safe” tab
Step 4 — Create Multi-sig, name the safe and add signatories. Recommended at least 3 signatories and 2 for approval
Step 5 — Approve safe creation in Solana compatible wallet
Step 6 — Click “View assets” to deposit funds into a safe for Crypto payroll on Solana using the Mean app. The treasury gets pre-funded with 0.001 SOL, so you can send funds to it, but we recommend you add a little more to ensure you can perform transactions ;)
Step 7 — Click “Create assets” and choose token/s for payroll
Step 8 — Select preferred stable coins or alternative tokens for crypto payroll
Step 9- Click “Money streaming” to setup payroll accounts
Step 10 — Click on “ Create streaming account”
Step 11 — Create a “Streaming account” and deposit preferred tokens to be streamed as crypto payroll
Step 12 — Click on “New proposal” to set up Payroll money streaming
Step 13 — Select “ Money stream” from ‘New proposal’ pop up
Step 14 — Click on “Create stream”
Step 15- Create a stream with team members’ details — the public key of Solana compatible wallet, monthly salary amount, and start date of the Money stream
Step 16 — Choose payment rate- daily, weekly, monthly or per min, per hour, or per day.
Step 17 — Finalize crypto payroll details and confirm
