What do we really need from our leaders in the 21st century?
A panel discussion at Meaning 2016
We live in complex, volatile times where many people are hungry for greater authenticity, transparency and collaboration. The progressive business community has long been evolving new forms of leadership that address the needs of the networked age. Yet the media and our political systems are lagging behind. Making it difficult for leaders in public life to embody the qualities we so desperately need in our decision-makers — instead demanding that they be all-knowing, unwavering, heroic figureheads.
So what do we really need from our leaders in the 21st century?
This will be our panel discussion at Meaning 2016. It’s happening in Brighton, UK on 17 November and our host will be Paul Mason. Panelists to be announced.
