For change makers who want to get the best out of people and technology at work.

You work in a large organisation and you’re keen to change things for the better. You have clever, motivated colleagues, but as group you just didn’t achieve as much as you set out to. New technology hasn’t helped much, either, despite a lot of promises.

The problem is there’s a disconnect between how a place works and what the people who work there really need. Everyday tools are clunky, or barely even working. Dealing with bureaucracy takes up more time than you spend doing the job itself. It’s not clear who you should contact for help, or who does what. On top of that, you’re asked to ‘do more with less’ when things are barely afloat as it is.

We believe that when people work together they can achieve huge things, but often the organisation gets in the way. By understanding how people really work and use technology, and then adapting things accordingly, you can have a workplace where people can realise their potential rather than fighting just to get the basics done. This isn’t just something for people in funky startups with ping pong tables and free fizzy drinks, it’s something that even the largest, most lumbering organisations can benefit from.

A workplace getting in the way of what its people want to achieve is a major source of unhappiness, and we spend too long at work to be unhappy there. If you want to find out more about Meaningbit and what we’re doing to make the world of work a happier place then:
