The Grim Reaper

None of us are safe
from him
no matter how fast
or smart you are
sooner or later
he’ll catch you.

I can tell you I’m always courageous
I’m always aware
that I’m never scared
but the truth is that I do care
and sometimes, I do have fear.

The grim reaper
comes for all of us
I know we don’t want to think about it
but in my words, you must trust
live your life on your terms
have no regrets
settle all your debts.
