Posting
From insane edits, hilarious Twitch moments, to clip montages, the gaming community is known for its creativity. With clips reaching hundreds of thousands of views on Medal, we want to help you share your best content with the world. That’s why today, we’re beyond excited to be releasing our Posting feature, to help you do just that.
Now, regardless of how you capture and edit your gaming moments, you can keep and share all of your best clips, favorite moments, memes, edits, and sickest plays in one place — with Medal.
Introducing — Uploading on Medal. you can now upload and post any of your game clips taken with Shadowplay, Twitch, OBS or any other recording device to Medal. If you have a gaming .mp4, you can upload it. It’s that simple. We recommend keeping your edits to less than 2 minutes. That’s the maximum length the majority of Medal viewers watch your video for.
Drag and Drop Uploads
Uploading an .mp4 is incredibly easy, all you have to do is drag and drop the file into Medal, and you’ll be able to edit your clip, tag your friends and watch your clip go viral.
Import From File
If importing a clip from a file is easier than dragging and dropping for you, all you have to do is navigate to the Upload Videos button in the top right of your Medal App, choose the .mp4 your want to upload and share it with the world in no time.
Full Session Uploads
At the moment, clips uploads to Medal when importing are limited to 2 minutes, — so when importing .mp4s that are longer than that, you’ll have the ability to create multiple clips to save to your profile of up to 5 minutes, while uploading those of 2 minutes or less from the longer .mp4 to ensure that all of your memories can live in Medal forever.

Other Fixes
- The Maximize Clip Performance feature has been fixed to no longer crash the Medal App or cause a white screen.
- The Soundcloud feature highlight will no longer hide behind the editing tools.
- Clips up to 2 minutes can be uploaded to your profile, including ones from full sessions.
- Fixed an editing issue where songs would not let you save/upload your clip.
