In greek life being in a specific lineage is one of the most defining things. Being in the “palm tree family” versus the “struggle bus family” may declare you sorority life fate. The bond between a big sister or brother and a little sister or brother is one that is suppose to be full of unfailing and unconditional devotion. This is a fact in greek life down to the success of ones duration in the chapter, as seen in the lineages above. There are more diverse lineages and ones with less diversity but some things are strikingly clear, even with increased diversity one does not always find success.
