Ethnography later in life

Being some who wants to do something with food. I find that ethnography will help with learning the basics. Food is a great way to learn history because it’s a way to learn where someone has come from. I know that I won’t be able to learn everything because most recipes and traditions are passed down from generation to generation. But spending time with people and learning how to make these dishes will be beneficial. Once I am done learning I than want to be able to showcase what I have learned using media. This allows others who also want to learn a way to learn too.
