Throughout history, libraries have been a hub of information for students, teachers, and researchers; however, with more of the world becoming digitalized, I often wonder how this may impact the future of libraries ‘as we know them’. This video shows how many students use the library as more of a place to study rather than as a place to find sources for research. Clearly, there will always be a need for libraries as a quiet place of study, but perhaps they will be filled — not with books — but the humming of computers.
