Be more diverse and representative of our communities
Be more non-profit and/or diverse in how journalism is subsidized
Be more collaborative, inside our organizations and externally with our readers and partners
Be more focused on understanding audience needs
Be more readily prepared to work across multiple media and platforms
Be more inclusive of ‘non-journalism’ skills and experiences that are needed to make innovation and entrepreneurialism work
But it won’t happen by chance, we need to make it happen.
