It’s finally happening — the snapshot will take place in 2 days!
As we’ve announced earlier, MediBloc will proceed with the snapshot at 12 AM, June 1st (KST) based on Block number(163890). Anyone who holds MED, either on exchanges (CoinRail, Gate.io, Bibox) or in Qtum wallet(core and others), will receive MEDX in the amount of MED he/she holds at the time of the snapshot. (1MED = 1MEDX)
Before we proceed with the snapshot, we decided to go over the instructions for receiving airdrop again for your convenience. Please read the following carefully and make sure you receive your MEDX in the most convenient way.
[How to receive MEDX airdrop]
1.If you have MED on exchanges
If you have MED on exchanges, MEDX will be automatically deposited into a newly created wallet on the exchange. We highly recommend you to choose this option as it requires no additional verification and will proceed automatically. If you do not have MED on exchanges but wish to follow this instruction, send MED to exchange before the snapshot.
2. If you have MED in your wallet
1) In your Qtum Core Wallet
If you stored your MED in desktop Qtum Core Wallet, you need to 1) visit our website after June 5th, 2) complete MED owner verification process and enter your Ethereum wallet address. 3) You will then receive MEDX in your Ethereum address after June 8th. Detailed instructions will be announced later through our official channels.
2) In wallets other than Qtum Core Wallet
If you stored MED in wallets other exchanges and Qtum Core Wallet(QBao, mobile, web, HD), you need to go through an additional process(send MED and verify) as your wallet(s) does not have a signature feature for owner verification. Detailed instructions will be announced later through our official channels.
For those who stored MED in wallets other than Qtum Core, you need to pay additional fees and verify that you are the owner of your MED tokens. Also note that airdrop will begin with exchanges and Qtum Core Wallet, respectively, thus other wallet users(QBao, mobile, web, HD wallet) will receive their MEDX after mid-June.
As this option requires additional fees and effort(user verification and address), we highly recommend you to send your MED to exchanges before the snapshot.
