Hello to all supporters of MediBloc,
As we have successfully launched our testnet in August and can’t wait for all of you to try it out, we have prepared an event that involves you creating a transaction on it!
The event is simple: create a tx with what you wish for in the data field. We want you to have the first-hand experience of how our testnet works and let everyone see what you wish for!
Our team will look at all wishes written in the blockchain and select the best wish(incredibly feasible and realistic) to fulfill it!
Transactions created by the same wallet/email will be counted as one wish.
*Event period: September 19, 2018 — October 8, 2018 6PM(KST)
*Winner announcement: October 15, 2018
*How to participate:
- Go to medibloc.org and click the event banner.
- Install MediBloc explorer and wallet. Read the detailed instructions and watch the video to see how you can write your wish!
- Write what you wish for, a wish that will never be forgotten.
Your mission is to create a tx with what you wish for!
1. Read the instructions and create your wallet!
MediBloc testnet wallet address: wallet.medibloc.org
*How to install wallet: https://medium.com/medibloc/ann-how-to-install-wallet-156530db9fdb
*Save your 12 words.
2. Click ‘test MED’ on the middle left of the main screen.
Verify your email address to receive MED for testnet.
*MED coins used in testnet wallet do NOT hold real value.
*You cannot send MED or MEDX to your testnet wallet.
3. Enter an amount of MED for your transaction.
*You need 10 MED or more to create a transaction.
4. Click the gift box icon in the ‘Recipient’ field and the address will be written automatically.
5. In the description field, write your wish in 50 characters with #wish.
6. Click ‘NEXT’, and click ‘OK’ when you see a message asking if you wish to proceed with automatic staking. (10MED will be staked automatically)
7. Enter the password and click ‘NEXT’.
8. Click ‘View your wish’. You have successfully entered into our MediWish event.
*Go to explorer(https://explorer.medibloc.org/), and view your message in the blockchain using your txhash.
*Go to event page(event.medibloc.org) and click ‘View your wish’ to see your message.
*You need to stake at least 10MED to create a transaction.
