Introducing Weavrcare: Transforming Healthcare with a New Vision

We bid our final farewell as MediBloc.
As of April 2024, MediBloc will be reborn as Weavrcare.
Since its establishment in 2017, under the name “MediBloc,” we have garnered attention from the healthcare industry and many individuals, successfully expanding our business. However, this name has its limitations in expressing our future direction and seizing the opportunities ahead. Thus, we have sought a new name for MediBloc that demonstrates our aspirations for innovating healthcare in the new era.
Weavrcare.
The new name, “Weavrcare,” symbolizes expansion, connectivity, and relationships. In Weavrcare, “weavr” means “to weave,” signifying the expansion of our scope to online and offline platforms, connecting patients and hospitals, and establishing an environment where medical professionals can focus solely on treatment.
Moreover, building upon the foundation laid by MediBloc, which has been focused on constructing a patient-centered data platform, and successfully launching services such as the mobile health information app “Medipass” and the next-generation Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system “Dr. Palette,” we will challenge ourselves towards new business endeavors under the brand and technological prowess of Weavrcare.
Feeling the need for a new mission that encompasses the business areas we have pursued so far while allowing for the expansion into more diverse technologies and domains, we decided to undergo corporate rebranding. Through the new name Weavrcare, we expect to grow into a platform that extends beyond healthcare to encompass life as a whole.
Although the name has changed, the essence of the company as a ‘medical data platform’ remains the same. We continue to connect medical information through cutting-edge technology to help build a better life for healthcare professionals or patients.
Weavrcare aims to become a company that connects patients and hospitals with a new perspective. In the future, Weavrcare will provide online health services based on offline data, striving for a healthier society and innovating healthcare and health services from the perspective of all stakeholders, including providers and consumers, in a way that differs from the past.
