On December 14th, MediBloc in Korea and Triup officially solidified their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), indicating their joint efforts to deploy kiosk devices and VAN solutions within healthcare institutions. The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of MediBloc, with key figures such as Dr. Allen Wookyun Kho, CEO of MediBloc, and Hyunjoon Ahn, CEO of Triup, exchanging the MOU documents.
Triup, an IT company specializing in comprehensive medical office solutions — including website reservations, chatbot consultations, electronic charts, and CRM via its ‘Motion’ platform — expressed optimism about the collaboration. A representative from Triup emphasized, “By leveraging the distinct technological strengths of both companies in delivering robust solutions for medical institutions, we anticipate providing services that cater to the needs of hospitals and customers in line with our new business ventures.” The representative conveyed a commitment to ongoing cooperation to achieve optimal outcomes.
Dr. Allen Wookyun Kho, CEO of MediBloc, shared insights, stating, “The collaboration with Triup is poised to improve payment convenience for affiliated hospitals and institutions. Furthermore, we eagerly anticipate engaging in joint sales initiatives, utilizing the extensive medical institution networks of both companies.” He emphasized the commitment to fostering synergy through the combined capabilities and technical expertise of MediBloc and Triup.
