MediBloc Receives Prestigious Cloud Industry Development Award

MediBloc, a pioneer in the medical information platform industry, was honored with the “2023 Minister of Merit for Cloud Industry Development” at the Grand Cloud Conference 2023, held at COEX in Seoul on December 12. The event, organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT of Korea and hosted by the National Institute of Information and Communication Industry Promotion (NIPA) and the Korea Intelligence and Information Society Promotion Agency, serves as a specialized conference highlighting domestic cloud industry achievements and future development directions.

Recognition for Outstanding Contribution to Cloud Industry Development in 2023

During the recent Cloud Industry Development Merit Award ceremony, MediBloc received commendation from the Minister of Science and ICT for its significant contributions to policy and technological development, fostering the growth of the cloud industry. In 2018, MediBloc introduced the next-generation cloud medical information system (EMR) and Dr.palette, distinguishing itself by delivering Dr.palette exclusively through cloud-based technology.

MediBloc’s cloud-based EMR platform, “Dr.palette,” stands apart by facilitating real-time collaboration within hospitals through the seamless sharing of patient records via account creation. This innovative approach eliminates the need for physical servers within healthcare facilities and allows for the swift execution and delivery of EMR to users through the main cloud server as software. Additionally, users are spared the hassle of checking for program updates, ensuring immediate application of critical changes, such as notifications.

The recently launched Dr. Palette Canvas, based on cloud technology, introduces a pen chart concept allowing for easy display or drawing of a patient’s affected area using images or templates uploaded to the chart. Its real-time integration with PC charts enhances efficiency, offering a drawing tool with adjustable colors, thickness, and transparency. Dermatology, plastic surgery, rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics, and more can effectively manage patient conditions by visually presenting information on images and pictures of the patient’s affected area.
