‘My Hospital’ and ‘Meditalk’ now available on Medipass!

On October 31st, Medipass launched the [My Hospital] and [Meditalk] features, offering a personalized medical experience based on patient data in collaboration with Dr. Palette. Medipass allows you to access various functions necessary for your medical needs and health, from viewing medical records, health check results, and prescription history to filing insurance claims, hospital appointments, and issuing medical certificates, all in one platform.

The updated version of Medipass now extends beyond retrieving medical records and submitting insurance claims at the previously linked hospitals. It adds new features such as [My Hospital] and [Meditalk] to check hospital information and facilitate communication.

Find the hospitals you’ve visited:

[My Hospital] is a feature that integrates with the cloud-based EMR, Dr. Palette. Through self-authentication, you can view your own medical records and access information such as appointment times, visit status, medical specialties, and the latest updates from the hospitals. With the addition of the [My Hospital] feature, patients can manage everything from their hospital appointment records, medical record retrieval, billing, and real-time communication, all in one place.

[My Hospital] User Guide:

• Click on ‘My Hospital’ at the bottom of the home screen.
• Complete self-authentication to use the My Hospital feature.
• Please select the hospital you want to connect with.
• The hospital connection has now been made.

What if you can’t find the hospital you’re looking for?

The [My Hospital] feature can be used when the hospital is linked with Medipass and the cloud-based EMR system Dr. Palette. If you enable Medipass app notifications, you will be alerted when new hospitals are added.

[Meditalk] is a chat feature that allows all patients to communicate with the hospital. By using Meditalk, anyone can inquire about appointment times, the availability of appointments, and medical specialties, or have simple consultations about their symptoms. You can also receive treatment information provided by the hospital.

In the future, Medipass plans to strengthen its collaboration with the cloud-based EMR, Dr. Palette, to further enhance the [My Hospital] and [Meditalk] features and expand the patient-centric medical information platform. This will allow users to easily manage their medical information through Medipass and enjoy a more convenient medical information experience.
