Hello, this is the Medipass team.

Medipass Insurance’s simple claim service will be expanded to patients at the Medical Corporation Kabul Medical Foundation Kabul Hospital (hereinafter referred to as Kabul Hospital). In October 11, Medipass and Kabul Hospital successfully completed the linkage. In the future, all patients at Kabul Hospital can retrieve their medical treatment details data once they complete their identification with Medipass and can easily claim loss insurance.

Kabul Hospital, which was incorporated as a hospital belonging to the Medical Corporation Kabul Medical Foundation in 2011 (currently KBI Group), is a general hospital located in the Gimhae Jangyu area, South Korea. In addition, Kabul Hospital consists of 14 medical departments and 20 specialists with abundant clinical experience and operates an artificial kidney center, an artificial joint center, a spinal disk center, a digestive center, a general examination center, and a bell vessel examination center. Furthermore, we are quickly responding to COVID-19, through the use of screening clinics and the operation of COVID-19-confirmed patients’ wards, and we also provide high-quality medical services to local residents by operating integrated nursing care services with 24-hour nursing staff.

In addition, Kabul Hospital is the first hospital in Gimhae to establish a cooperative system with Seoul National University Hospital, Samsung Medical Center, Severance Hospital, and Seoul Asan Medical Center to provide rapid medical services to severely ill patients. Among the hospitals that have established cooperation systems with Kabul Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital, Samsung Medical Center, and Severance Hospital are linked to Medipass.

Hospitals linked to Medipass can check all of their medical treatment details within the last three years after the patient completes a simple self-certification process. In addition, the medical history of patients at Kabul Hospital when inquired through Medipass can be claimed by more than 40 insurance companies in Korea without documents.

Lee Eun-sol, CEO of MediBloc in Korea, said, “I am happy to successfully complete the linkage between Kabul Hospital and Medipass. I hope that patients at Kabul Hospital will have a more convenient medical information life through the Medipass app. In the future, we will make efforts to ensure that patients can safely manage medical information and expand the scope of Medipass services to become an exemplary app for the medical information ecosystem,” he said.

Since its launch in 2019, Medipass has been steadily linking general hospitals and large hospitals. We will actively attract Medipass and cooperative medical institutions and companies and strive to expand the Medipass platform. Please continue to lend us your interest and kind support.

Thank you.

Start with Medipass, a lucrative health life.
