Graduate students at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University can choose among trips and programs for their Medill Explores. These explores trips are learning adventures during a week-long suspension of classes in the winter quarter. Many include domestic or international trips, led by faculty and staff. Many are tied to specializations, providing an deeper dive into the subject areas in a new location — what it means to be a journalist in a global context.
