Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.

― Theodore Roosevelt

Breathe in and ask yourself “have I done my best?” If you have done your best and given your full and complete effort to what you are working on then you should never regret any outcomes from your life’s actions. Nor will you have a growing sense of regret that you missed and opportunity and will never have to suffer regret. Commit your complete effort to whatever you undertake today.

Exhale and let any regret from the past leave your body. Today you will be present and from today forward you will commit your full and complete effort. Success is guaranteed because even if you do not reach your goal you will gain valuable experience and know what it takes to achieve it.

All it you need to do is take that first step and let the rest take care of itself.
