There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt. Doubt separates people. It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations. It is a thorn that irritates and hurts; it is a sword that kills.

  • Gautam Buddha

Breathe in and think about the doubts that fill your mind. Who or what are the source of doubt in your life? Seek the truth in all things especially when the truth will bring tranquility and peace of mind. Do not allow your fears or insecurities to alter the way you see the world. Be fearless in seeking truth and work to eliminate doubts that you carry with you.

Exhale and know that your doubt is only useful if you are actively seeking truth. Let go of any doubt once you have the truth. If you are not seeking truth let go of what is creating doubt in your life it is baggage that does not serve you.
