What Will Prosperity Reveal
Today’s Daily Stoic Meditation outlines that worry is common, especially after being exposed to danger.
“For even peace itself will supply more reason for worry. Not even safe circumstances will bring you confidence once your mind has been shocked — once it gets in the habit of blind panic, it can’t provide for its own safety. For it doesn’t really avoid danger, it just runs away. Yet we are exposed to greater danger with our backs turned.”

Worry Is Common
Worry is common.
Everybody worries, about the big and the small things.
It is entirely natural, despite how difficult and stressful it may be.
You Can Face It
You can face worry.
You can face distress and difficulty.
Even if the worry seems too difficult, too much or too intense — you can face it.
