COMMONLY USED INSURANCE COMPANIES

From the Admin Portal, under the “Assets” section, add information for commonly encountered insurance companies, to avoid having to re-enter repetitive billing information later. These companies will be selectable.

Be sure to SAVE the data entered into the MEDIVIEW Admin Portal before exiting. Data will be available in MEDIVIEW HUB immediately, but MOBILE will need to sync before the updated insurance information is available. Please log out of the application and log back in to update the insurance, mutual aid and other lists.

MEDIVIEW’s address lookup tools can help facilitate completion of address data in this section and elsewhere.

MUTUAL AID AGENCIES

From the Admin Portal, under “Data,” add “Other Agencies.” This populates the “Other Agencies at Scene” list on the SCENE tab (INCIDENT section of the PCR).

Touch the spyglass / magnifying glass to look up city / state / county if ZIP code is known, or look up ZIP code if city / county / start are present.
