Once you wake up in the bed, you need to be in silent mode. Here silent mode denotes that your brain needs to be in stable mode without any deviation like seeing social media and useless things.

You can keep your brain stable by doing Yoga and meditation. There are so many Asana which help you to think like a successful person. You can see it on YouTube at the midday not in the morning.

So, most successful persons keep their morning routine by doing yoga & meditation.

2. Positive talks

In the morning, you may get calls or messages from your office or relatives. So, you have an idea that this call will lead to some negative thoughts. So, you don't need to attend, or if attend, don't talk negatively in the morning. This causes the whole day to become something negative.

Instead, you talk about the positive thoughts with your family or neighbors staying around your house. This helps that day would be fulfilled by positive things.

Visualizing is a great thing in life. If a person wants to see or taste success in life, then the person needs to visualize the part.

For example: My success is, that I want to hit my first 100 followers on the medium platform. So, I visualize the Medium analytics in my mind like the followers graph that going upwards, and I am getting notifications from Medium that You gained your first 100 followers on Medium, Congratulations.

4. Exercising

Being healthy is an important thing for a successful person. So, every morning the person needs to do some exercise in their gym.

If you are not having a gym, do it on your own without the gym equipment. There are so many exercises available without equipment such as Push-Ups from the ground, Pull-Ups from the iron rod, and Six-Pack Exercises.

I saw a quote that I wanna share with you. The quote is, “JUST DO IT! ALL THE HARD WORK, ALL THE LATE NIGHTS WILL BE WORTH IN THE END”.

5. Reading

The next habit is reading, not reading the newspapers, comics, or time pass content. The person needs to read useful kinds of stuff that help in the future to grow their business or something else.

The significant thing is to use a physical book, not read through mobile. Instead, buy a useful book from the store and read it. Once you start the habit, you may follow this as routine.

6. Writing goals

And the last thing in your daily morning routine would be writing your future goals. Sometimes our mind will tell us something unique to do at midnight while sleeping.

In the morning, our brain doesn't know what thought we got last night. So, need to write whatever goals or useful thoughts we get through in a separate notebook.
