MedX Token Curated Registry in Open Beta
We are pleased to announce that the MedX Physician Registry is in Open Beta on the Ropsten Testnet! It is available for testing at https://registry.medxprotocol.com. The MedX Registry has the following features:
- Ethereum smart contracts including PLCR voting contracts
- Decentralized storage of physician credentials on IPFS
- Integration with the Civic Secure Identity Ecosystem for easy physician login
- MEDX wallet integration with MetaMask and user interface
- Near instant in-app faucet for both testnet MEDX and ETH
The MedX Physician Registry will be the gateway for physicians around the world to become part of a new, global health system. That is, an open healthcare system that is controlled by its users while simultaneously ensuring the service of qualified, licensed physicians.
We strongly encourage users to participate in testing the TCR in two different roles:
Token holders/verifiers
Verify, challenge or vote on physician applications in the registry.
Physicians
Submit your credentials to register in the health system. Of note, this is not the mainnet version of the TCR and is for testing purposes only. So there is no need to submit actual physician credentials at this time. Anyone can try it!
Lastly, as we approach the upcoming mainnet launch of the MedX Physician Registry, we want to provide our community with a statement on the Mission and Values that has guided and will continue to be a navigational beacon for our team in the days to come. We will publish the MedX Mission and Values early next week.
