Introducing: SZNS x Meebits
Hello MeebitsDAO World!
We launched MeebitsDAO to create a vehicle for funding innovative projects that will develop the ecosystem around Meebits. As part of this, we want the DAO to be as inclusive as possible and we want Meebit ownership to be as broad and far-reaching as possible.
But we know the price of a Meebit (hovering somewhere around 4 eth in this bear market), is not accessible to everyone. We wanted to find a way for those without a Meebit to still have the opportunity to participate in Meebit ownership.
Introducing: the MeebitsDAO Pool.
The MeebitsDAO SZNS album (MeebitsDAO Pool) is a bundle of Meebits donated by MeebitsDAO Founders that will be fractionalized and put on sale as (ERC-20 tokens, $MBBT) for all who wish to participate. Some tokens will also be held by the DAO to use in future giveaways.
The amount raised from the sale of these tokens will be reinvested into buying floor Meebits which will be added to the bundle and the buyout price will be set to 2x the bundle value.
Goals of szns.io Album:
- Expand opportunity for Meebit ownership
- Establish a pool of Meebits that individual DAO members can use in the metaverse
- Create valuable giveaway item
How It Works:
- 20 Meebits were sent to the MeebitsDAO “Album” on szns.io.
- That album has been fractionalized into 100,000 $MBBT ERC-20 tokens.
- 50,000 $MBBT are distributed back to the individuals who have lent out/donated their Meebits.
- The 50,000 remaining $MBBT are available for purchase at https://szns.io/album/meebitsdaopool for 0.005 ETH each and as part of DAO giveaways.
